Fitness test - Centurion / Shifty 250 / Filthy 500

Choose one of these fitness tests in order for you to complete at the start, middle and end of the 3 week DUEL challenge.

It is a blend of 5 Body weight exercises + a distance based cardio finisher.

Pick the the one to perform dependant on your current conditioning. (Eg 0 - 3 months =Centurion / 3-6 months = Shifty 250 / 6 months + = Filthy 500)

Perform dynamic stretches or foam roll before your start (available in the Coach library)
