Feet mobility for everyday athletes

This 15 minute video will demonstrate and explain 4 different foot mobility and release techniques.

Mobile feet are essential for the whole body to move freely for performance and even manage pain.

The foot is the predominant part of our anatomy that is contact with some solid, ie the floor.

Should the foot not move, we limit movement in the legs, hips, back and even upper torso.

Use these simple techniques as a stand alone session, or, before you embark on lots of walking, running, jumping etc.
