Dumbbell strength / Bodyweight cardio supersets

This video shows 8 different strength and cardio supersets, designed to increase upper body, legs and core muscle tone, while elevating the heart rate to burn ultimate calories.

You will need a weights of some sort (dumbbells) that are heavy enough to cause fatigue, and a mat.
