8 exercises - Each 20 secs on / 10 secs off = 1 round!

Complete 4-6 rounds depending on conditioning level.

Take 45-60 secs rest in between rounds.

- Aimed at intermediate to advanced level

- Myzone = Yellow / red zone

- Complete dynamic stretches beforehand
