Bodyweight Tabata - Power

This video shows a bodyweight based Tabata round focusing on power movements.  

There are 8 exercises - 20 secs on/10 secs off.  

Complete 4 rounds to begin with, progressing up to 6 as fitness improves.  

Take 1 minute recovery between rounds.  

Variations and options are shown.  

Make sure you dynamically warm up before hand.
