Bodyweight strength holds / cardio supersets

This video shows 8 different supersets (one exercise followed by another), in which a bodyweight exercise is held (30-60 secs) followed immediately by a bodyweight cardio exercise (30-60 secs).

Start with 30 secs & work your way up to 60 secs as per this video.

You will need a 1 minute recovery between each superset

Complete 2-3 sets of each superset.
