Bodyweight cardio circuit (speed)

This video shows an 8 exercise bodyweight circuit.

45 seconds each exercise / 10 sec transition between.

Complete 4-6 circuits, dependent on conditioning / 45 sec rest between

Exercises are;

- Rotational chop

- Side to side mountain climbers

- Plank speed reach

- Single leg hip thrust

- Plank knee taps

- Jab, cross (continuous)

- Drop squat

- Fast feet on hands
