DUEL is a recurring 3 week motivational exercise experience, that supports you to move significantly more than you would do on your own, whilst changing the lives of those less fortunate in the process.
DUEL rewards every session you complete with points, based upon effort level, not fitness level.
DUEL tracks your points and allocates you in to one of many leagues, surrounded by other challengers with similar commitment level and goals to yourself.
